“THE CURIOUS PARADOX IS THAT WHEN I ACCEPT MYSELF JUST AS I AM, THEN I CAN CHANGE.”
ABOUT ME
APPROACH
Therapist using an integrated approach drawing from Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-centered Therapy. Cody creates a space for his clients to make meaning of the peaks and valleys they have traveled in the past, to find the strength to navigate those of the future, and to be liberated from the trauma that may immobilize them in the present. Cody is walking with his clients along this stretch of their journey, empowering them to step into the role of hero of that journey.
