ABOUT ME
APPROACH
Cody is a depth-oriented therapist drawing from Jungian psychology, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered traditions. He invites clients to explore the stories they carry, the symbols that move them, and the inner experiences that shape how they move through the world—creating space for insight, healing, and forward movement. His sessions offer a space for reflection, clarity, and growth—an invitation to reshape old stories, reconnect with the self beneath them, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. Cody walks alongside his clients during this stretch of their journey, empowering them to step more fully into the role of author and hero of their own unfolding lives.

EXPERIENCE
Cody made his way back to Utah after spending two and a half years in Las Vegas, where he worked with clients in settings ranging from a pediatric clinic to a community counseling center. His journey there included meaningful experiences at Kayenta Therapy Center, University Medical Center’s Pediatric Clinic, and The Center for Individual, Couple and Family Counseling. Now, nearly two years into his return, he continues his work at Hope Therapy in Orem, walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
