ABOUT ME
APPROACH
Cody is a depth-oriented therapist drawing from Jungian psychology, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered traditions. He invites clients to explore the stories they carry, the symbols that move them, and the inner experiences that shape how they move through the world, creating space for insight, healing, and meaningful transformation.
His work is grounded in the belief that many of the answers we seek are not imposed from outside ourselves but discovered through a deeper relationship with our own experience. Therapy becomes a space to examine old stories, make sense of life's challenges, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten, neglected, or overshadowed.
Cody offers a thoughtful and compassionate presence as clients navigate life's uncertainties, helping them cultivate greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and a deeper trust in their own experience.
